Item of work : RE block casting & Erection including shifting of blocks casting yard to site with all manpower , tools & Tackless.(Quantity : 35000sqm approx qty.).
- All labour work for block casting, sprinkle (for curing) , mould finishing after use and before use , corner casting (if required) repairing stacking , shifting from yard to Erection site & erection and for geo grids & get textiles, unloading , shifting from storage place to Erection site and fixing .
- Filter media placing and filling the hollow block portion.
- Fixing drainage pipe in RE Wall with Geo textiles.
- Casting of Leveling pad, Preparation of Storage for Cement, Casting Yard Preparation (Leveled
all-season accessible ground, Flat Brick bed for Laying Blocks) Adequate place for staking Blocks),
Electricity distribution and lighting arrangement, Adequate place for staking Blocks. - Block Mould Supply, Accessories Supply, Block making machine shall be in contractor`s scope.
- Labour for all casting, curing, staking,shifting. Loading/Unloading, for erection operations (within
Technical Supervision), technical supervisor arrangement in your scope.
